Membrane function:
Membrane presses have a special air cushion in the working plate, which works like a lifting cushion. This technology allows for almost perfect compensation of overhangs such as thick seams, buttons, zips, polo strips, etc. However, two important points must be observed when working with the membrane function
- Transfer should not be pressed directly over unevenness
- Heat resistance of the unevenness must be taken into account
As the membrane function can be deactivated and the machine can also be equipped with standard worktops thanks to our quick-change system, you have a high degree of flexibility.
Modular design:
Thanks to a quick-change device, the worktops can be exchanged in just a few seconds without any tools at all. Because the worktops are free-standing, the textiles can be easily pulled on, so that only the cut-out to be printed lies on it. This results in the following advantages:
- Transfer prints on the reverse side are protected
- no pressure wrinkles
- Prints don't go through
In addition to the standard worktop sizes, we also manufacture custom sizes!
Electrics and display:
The temperature and time can be set and read easily, quickly and uncomplicatedly on our clear display
Heating plate:
Fast heating as well as an even and constant temperature is guaranteed thanks to the latest Mikanit heating foil technology. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are supplied with a Teflon cover as standard, which is fastened with a clamping device and can be replaced by the customer himself at any time.
In addition to the standard heating plates, we also manufacture custom sizes!
Consumables
The Teflon protection for the heating ensures, as the name suggests, that the heating plate is protected against dirt such as glue residues or paint. In addition, the Teflon is very easy to clean or, in the worst case, can simply be replaced by a new one.
A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop or silicone rubber. The cover also ensures that the textiles slide better over the worktop when pulled on. It can be washed or also replaced.
The silicone rubber on the worktop contributes significantly to the printing result. Due to the meanwhile very varied printing possibilities you get different results with hard or softer silicone rubber layers. As we do not glue our pads to the worktops, the silicone rubber can also be exchanged for another at any time. A medium-hard one is delivered as standard. However, you can also order a soft and a hard silicone rubber from us.
How it works
with membrane function
By closing the transfer press, the built-in membrane cushion in the working plate begins to fill with air and presses the silicone mat evenly against the heating plate. After the set time has elapsed, the air escapes again from the membrane cushion. In addition, an acoustic signal is emitted to open the press again. When the diaphragm cushion is activated, the pressure is conveniently adjusted via a pressure regulator.

If the membrane cushion of the transfer press is deactivated, only the pressure has to be adjusted manually via an easily accessible handwheel on the swivel arm. Otherwise, the procedure is the same as when working with the diaphragm cushion
